Welcome to Our Place Short Break’s Provision!

Our Place Short Breaks provision provides children and young people aged (10-18 years) a safe and exciting environment to enjoy a range of activities and planned events during School Holidays and Weekends.

Our Place Short Breaks provision is a service for young people of mixed gender with special educational needs and Learning Disabilities (including Autistic Spectrum Conditions) and associated challenging behaviours. All children and young people that attend Our short break service have an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) in place.

We aim to provide a holistic, progressive, individually bespoke and creative short break service which has children and young people’s wellbeing at the centre of all we do.
